Lama Temple and Confuscious Temple

The fall leaves were so beautiful leading to the main Temple.  People were to burn three incense sticks and kneel and pray.  Some people had 20 or 30 sticks to burn....needed more blessings! Tons were for sale outside the Temple gates...quite a business.  Many people were there paying their respects.  Placing lotus flowers - for sale all over the streets.  Bow three times and probably repeating their prayers.  Every good outing has to have a wonderful lunch.  We  found this terrific vegetarian restaurant on the way to the Confucius Temple.  Very popular place as we had to wait about 30 minutes but it was so worth it.  The food was so good with at least 150 items on the buffet.  Very clean and well presented.  This wise dude was born about the 3rd century B.C....the smaller wise dude was born 1942 A.D.
